PAGSL 2024 Player Registration
Spring 2024 Softball Registration is NOW open, please register your player PRIOR TO SUNDAY MARCH 10th, 2024. Registrations after 3/10/2024 will be assessed a $15.00 Late Registration Fee.
Additional Players from the same household can be registered for $100.00/sibling.
Any family with a balance from a prior season will be flagged and contacted to settle fees.
Follow the steps below to complete your child's registration. Once your child(ren) are registered you will receive an acknowledgement of sign up. The ELV has strict guidelines on territories and this impacts where your daughter has to register to play. The best way to determine which organization you should register with is to use the township or borough where you pay your taxes.
The PAGSL Board rosters our teams to establish competitive balance between multiple teams at any age level and among that age group's teams within Eastern Lehigh Valley Softball League. Specifically, players at key skill positions such as Pitcher, Catcher and Utility Infielders are reviewed for fair and balanced placement.
Following are age levels and you can see the various rules, schedules, game scores & standings under the individual age levels:
PreK/K (T-Ball) - Start at 4 years old - First Grade only if a Coach Pitch team is available - 30' Mound -
50' Bases - 9" Safe-T-Ball - No playoffs
1st/2nd grades (Coach Pitch) – No Pre-K allowed - 32' Mound - 55' Bases - 11" Safe-T Ball - No Playoffs - Metzger Tournament
3rd/4th grades (Minors) - 11” optic yellow ball - Pitch 35’ - 55’ Bases - Kid Pitch/Coach Pitch combined - No Playoffs - Metzger Tournament
NOTE: Experienced 2nd grade players can play at this level
5th/6th grades (Majors) - 12” optic yellow ball – Pitch 40’, bases set at 60’ - Playoffs - Metzger Tournament
NOTE: Experienced 4th grade players can play at this level
7th-9th (Juniors) - 12” optic yellow ball – Pitch 43’ - 60’ BASES - Playoffs - Metzger Tournament
10th - 20yrs (Seniors) - Senior's - Players not to be 21 prior to July 1st - 12” optic yellow ball – Pitch 43’ - 60’ Bases
NOTE: Any eligible Junior can play at this level when needed and experienced players can play at this level full time
